All Certificates of Registration and all renewals shall expire on December 31 of each year and may be renewed (provided that all incidents of noncompliance with or violations of applicable building or construction codes by the registrant have been corrected) upon application for renewal of the Certificate to the Building Inspector and upon payment of a renewal fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each Certificate to be renewed.
