The requirements of this Building Code apply only to buildings used as dwellings, not more than two and one-half stories in height, and to barns, stables, garages, outbuildings, fences, gate posts and all other structures and appurtenances incident thereto. All other buildings and structures shall be built in accordance with the instructions of the Building Inspector.
