1301.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF OFFICES OF BUILDING INSPECTOR AND ASSISTANT BUILDING INSPECTOR; APPOINTMENTS; REMUNERATION.

The office of Building Inspector is hereby established in and for the Village. The Building Inspector shall be appointed by the Mayor. The Mayor may appoint an Assistant to the Building Inspector whenever he or she deems such appointment necessary, and the remuneration to be paid such Assistant shall be determined by Council.
