The owner shall submit a sketch plat or plat map showing the division of land, as provided for in Section 1145.01, in graphic dimensional form. This map shall be certified by a registered surveyor as to its correctness and shall contain information as is pertinent to its determination hereunder. In addition, the owner, at the time of such submission, shall also furnish evidence that such proposed division has been approved by any County, State or Federal agencies which are required by law to approve such proposed division and shall also furnish evidence of suitability for development of each lot pursuant to the provisions of Section 1135.04, which provisions are hereby made specifically applicable to a lot split.
