Upon acceptance and as a condition thereof, the developer shall guarantee the construction and material of the street improvements and shall maintain the street improvements for a period of two years from their acceptance and the posting of the maintenance bond herein required with the Village, in the form approved by the Director of Law. The bond shall be in an amount of ten percent of the financial guarantees required under Section 1139.11 for the improvements.
