Each lot should form a good site for the type of building to be developed and the lot lines should not be considered as merely forming a geometric shape which encloses the area permitted. The layout of the lots should be related to the topography and natural features and in an irregular form so long as such allows for a building site in conformity with the setback requirements of the Zoning Code. Triangular lots and lots with acute angles, broken boundaries or other shapes that restrict the use of the lot as a building site should be avoided. The area of a lot shall be not less than five (5) acres as required by the Zoning Code of the Village.
