1131.04 INTERPRETATION; AUTHORITY.

These Subdivision and Land Development Regulations shall be considered minimum requirements for the protection of the public health, safety, convenience, comfort, prosperity and general welfare, pursuant to the authority of the Constitution of the State of Ohio, the Charter of the Village and the platting and land subdivision statutes of the State (Ohio R.C. Chapter 711) or such statutes as are hereafter in effect.
