1131.01 TITLE.

This Title Three, Subdivision Regulations, of the Planning and Zoning Code, providing for the establishment of regulations, rules and standards for subdividing and developing land within the Village, including procedures for administration and penalties for the violation thereof, shall be known, cited and referred to as the "Subdivision and Land Development Regulations" for the Village of Hunting Valley, or just "these Regulations."
