The Open Space Study and accompanying Open Space Map presently on file with the Village Clerk is hereby adopted as the Official Master Plan of the Village, to be followed in pursuing the public purpose of conserving and retaining certain areas within the Village predominantly in their natural, scenic, open or wooded condition, which Master Plan is hereby incorporated herein and declared to be a part of this chapter.
