(a) All applications and materials to be reviewed, considered or acted upon by the Planning and Zoning Commission shall be submitted to the office of the Building Inspector not less than ten business days prior to the scheduled meeting date.
(b) The Chairperson of the Commission may extend or adjust the submittal time in individual cases upon written request, based upon the review requirements of the application and materials submitted and the applicable statutory notice requirements.
