A permit authorized pursuant to this chapter may be revoked by the Chief of Police for any of the following causes:
(a) Fraud, misrepresentation or any false statement contained in the application for a permit;
(b) Any other violation of this chapter;
(c) Conducting a public sale in an unlawful manner or in such manner as to constitute a breach of the peace or a public nuisance.
