313.03 RIGHT TURN ON RED PROHIBITED.

(a) A right turn against a steady red signal shall be prohibited at the intersection of South Woodland Road westbound on to Chagrin River Road northbound.

(b) There shall be posted at that intersection, in accordance with the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways, a sign stating ‘NO TURN ON RED’.
