165.02 RECORDS; RULES AND REGULATIONS; ANNUAL REPORT.

The Commission shall keep a record of its proceedings and shall adopt rules and regulations with respect to the holding of meetings and the performance of its duties. The Chairperson shall make an annual report of its activities to the Council.
