151.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any rule or regulation or any provision thereof as set forth in this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree as such term is defined in Section 501.99 of the Code of the Village of Hunting Valley, and shall be punished as provided in aforesaid section of such Code.
