Employees of the Village, as determined by provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, are unclassified employees and shall serve at the pleasure of the Village. Employee rights to appeal actions of the Village are set forth in Article IV, Section 5(b)(1) through (3), of the Village Charter. (Ord. 2004-101. Passed 1-13-04.)
