145.04 PROPERTY IN POLICE CUSTODY.
   Property, including money that is in the custody of the Police Department, whether it was lost, abandoned, stolen, seized, forfeited or otherwise placed in police custody, shall be safely kept pending the time it is no longer needed as evidence, and shall be disposed of pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2933.41, unless Council, by motion passed by majority vote, determines another manner of disposition.
