(a) There is hereby established in and for the Village the position of Financial Consultant to the Village Finance Department. The Financial Consultant shall perform such service as may be required and shall be directed by the Finance Director.
(b) The Financial Consultant shall be paid compensation at the rate of fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour, plus required contributions to the Ohio State Public Employees Retirement System. No other benefits shall be paid to the Financial Consultant. The number of hours of employment under this section shall be subject to the approval and discretion of the Finance Director.
