(a) There is hereby established a fund to be known as the Special Improvement Fund. This Fund shall be used to account for the receipt and disbursement of funds to finance and pay for a certain water line installed on Cedar Road within the Village.
(b) The Director of Finance or his or her Deputy is hereby authorized and directed to make application to the Bureau of Inspection of the State of Ohio for approval of the creation of the Special Improvement Fund pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. 5705.12.
