135.02 PART-TIME ASSISTANT SECRETARY.

(a) The position of part-time secretary is hereby created. The Part-Time Assistant Secretary shall perform such duties as shall be assigned to him or her from time to time by the Chief of Police and/or Mayor.

(b) The Part-Time Assistant Secretary shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by Council, and shall receive, for services rendered, such compensation as Council shall from time to time establish.
