We, the people of the Village of Hunting Valley, State of Ohio, in order to secure for ourselves the benefits of municipal home rule and local self-government under the Constitution and laws of the State of Ohio, and to reserve and perpetuate the unique character of our fine community, do hereby adopt this Charter.
