1151.07 DISTRICTS GENERALLY AND ZONING MAP.
   For the purpose of regulating and restricting the location of single-family houses and other uses of property, the number of square feet of lot area per family housed, the width of lots, the location and size of yards and the height of buildings, the Village shall consist of four (4) zoning districts termed U-1 Single-Family Residential District, U-2 Historic Settlement District, U-3 Institutional District, and U-4 CDD Conservation Development District. No building or premises shall be erected or used except in conformity with the regulations herein prescribed for the districts in which such building or premises are located. Only those uses specifically identified as being either a permitted principal use or an accessory use in a particular zoning district may be permitted in that zoning district. Any use not specifically listed as a permitted or accessory use in a zoning district shall be considered a prohibited use in the zoning district.
