The Village is unique in that it is comprised of eight miles of homes, fields, and forest. Residents choose to live in the Village because of its peaceful character. Unnecessary noise that is inconsistent with the Village’s peaceful character adversely impacts the quality of life of Village residents. Village residents have a right to and should be ensured an environment free from unnecessary noise.
