Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the Village, for the purpose of regulating and safeguarding the use of electricity, electric installations and electric materials within the Village, that certain code known as the National Electrical Code, as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards and recommended by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA-70). A complete copy of such Code shall be kept on file in the office of the Village Clerk, the office of the Building Inspector and the County Law Library. The Village Clerk shall keep copies available for distribution to the public at cost.
