§ 156.19 VACATION OF PUBLIC WAY OR PLACE OR EASEMENT.
   (A)   A petition for vacation of all or part of a public way or place or easement shall be filed in accordance with IC 36-7-3-12 and § 151.30.
   (B)   A petition for vacation of a platted easement shall be filed in accordance with IC 36-7-3-16.
