Not more than three calendar months and not less than one calendar month prior to expiration, the holder of a current permit issued under this chapter may apply for permit renewal for an additional twelve-month period by filing an application, and upon renewal paying an annual permit fee, all as provided in §§ 114.04 through 114.06.
