§ 110.05 AFFIXING BILLS, ADVERTISEMENTS ON PROPERTY WITHOUT PERMISSION PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to paint, print, post, or in any way affix any picture, bills, poster, or advertising matter of any kind upon any post, fence, billboard, signboard, building, or structure of any kind within the city, unless the building or structure upon which it may be placed is the property of or is under the control of the person so doing, or unless the consent of the owner or of the person having control of the premises is first obtained.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to paint, print, post, or in any way affix any picture, bill, poster, or advertising matter of any kind upon any pole, tree, lamppost, hydrant, or other public improvement in any street or alley, or in any public place or ground, or upon any bridge or public building within the city.
