§ 110.99 PENALTY.

No bill poster shall scatter or leave any paper, paste, glue, nails, tacks, or any like substance on any sidewalk or pavement when used in affixing advertising matter, nor scatter or throw any old bills or waste material from billboards in or upon any public street or alley in the city, nor in or upon any private ground.

§ 110.99 PENALTY.

Anyone violating any provision of this chapter shall be penalized pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 36 of the City Code, as it now exists or is subsequently amended or superseded.
