§ 102.22 OTHER PROHIBITED ACTS.
   It shall be a violation of this code for any person other than an agent or an entity licensed by the city, or a public utility or its agents in doing the work of that public utility, to:
   (A)   Tie, tack, nail, wire, or otherwise attach any sign, poster, handbill or other object to any street tree, park tree, or other woody vegetation on public property.
   (B)   Prune (other than incidental pruning), spray, treat, top, or remove street or park trees, excepting only in circumstances constituting a material danger to lives and/or property.
   (C)   It shall be a violation of this code for any person to prevent, delay or interfere with the city or its agent, engaged in the planting, cultivating, mulching, pruning, spraying or removing of woody vegetation as provided herein.
