§ 91.62 INTERFERENCE WITH HUMANE OFFICER.

The police, Humane Officer, or Animal Control Officer shall have the right to go upon private property to carry out the purpose of this chapter and to deputize others to assist. It shall be a violation of this chapter for persons to hinder, molest, or interfere with any person authorized to perform any duty set forth in this chapter.
