(A) Anyone violating any provision of this chapter shall be penalized pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 36 of the City Code, as it now exists or is subsequently amended or superseded.
(B) Each animal affected by the owner or her agent’s conduct shall constitute a separate offence for the purposes of violations issued and penalties assessed under this chapter.
