§ 91.13 VACCINATION REQUIRED.
   (A)   No owner of any dog or cat shall keep or maintain a dog or cat over the age of three months unless it has been vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian with the anti-virus vaccine.
   (B)   Proof of vaccination shall be maintained by the owner for display if requested by the city or its agents.
