§ 91.04 MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS INVOLVING ANIMALS.
   (A)   Any person operating a motor vehicle who knowingly hits, runs over, or causes injury to any animal shall stop at once, ascertain the extent of injury and notify the Police Department.
   (B)   The motorist shall report to the Police Department his name, address, operator's license, registration number, type of animal hit, and the street location of the animal.
   (C)   The Police Department shall send quarterly reports of all animals struck by motor vehicles listing the date, location, and type of animal involved to the Board of Public Works and Safety.
