(A) No person shall display, sell, offer for sale, barter, or give away rabbits, chicks, goslings, ducklings, turkeys, or other fowl of any age as novelties.
(B) No rabbit, chick, gosling, duckling, turkey, or other fowl that has been dyed or otherwise colored artificially may be sold or offered for sale; raffled; offered or given as a prize, premium, or advertising device; or displayed in any store, shop, carnival, or other public place.
(C) This section shall not be construed to prohibit the sale or display of natural chicks, ducklings, or turkeys in proper brooder facilities by hatcheries or stores engaged in the business of selling them to be raised for commercial purposes.
