§ 78.10 SUPPLEMENTAL TRAFFIC FLOW AND ACTIVITY CONTROL.
Because the Common Council can not keep adequate track of, and address timely, all of the traffic flow and activity problems of this city on a day to day basis, this city's Chief of Police is hereby authorized and directed to from time to time accumulate and evaluate available information to determine whether particular traffic flow and activity hazards not adequately addressed in the foregoing schedules exist and to recommend modifications and/or additions to the foregoing schedules of this chapter to the Board of Public Works and Safety of this city (Board). That Board shall by resolution and as the duly authorized designee of the Common Council for this purpose, authorize and direct modifications or additions to the foregoing schedules as that Board so determines to be necessary, which resolutions when adopted shall be implemented, enforceable and enforced as a part of this chapter, all pending and subject to further action by the Common Council.
