(A) It shall be the duty of the owner or manager of public business premises to post notices in a conspicuous location by one or more signs displaying the fact that the premises are protected by the terms of this subchapter.
(B) Participation in the enforcement of this subchapter for a business or private property owner is solely at the discretion of the individual business owner or private property owner, and may be accomplished by displaying a sign in a conspicuous location stating that the premises are protected by Ordinance 12-C-77.
