Every person so depositing waste products referred to in § 51.089 into the sewage disposal system shall be subject to inspection by officials designated to make the inspections by the Board of Public Works and Safety, and those persons making the inspections shall have the right to require any person depositing those waste products in the sewage disposal system to meet proper sanitation requirements in the delivery and depositing of the waste products.
