(A) All permits expire on December 31 of the year of issuance.
(B) Permit holders must reapply each year. The Clerk-Treasurer will provide current permit holders an advance reminder to apply for a permit the following year. The application fee (when applicable), the permit fee, and the sign fee (when applicable) shall be submitted before December 31 to avoid forfeiture of the reserved residential only parking permit space.
