(A) All recyclables to be collected by the recycling contractor shall be placed in appropriate recycling containers and at recycling sites as each is defined in § 95.11.
(B) Only recyclables may be placed in recycling containers and recycling container lids must be closed.
(C) Material not in recycling containers will not be collected by the recycling contractor.
