§ 72.56 MOVING DEBRIS OR SNOW INTO STREETS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to place or permit debris, or a significant amount of snow removed from any sidewalk, driveway or parking lot, into or upon any street or within five feet of any fire hydrant unless authorized in advance by the City Services, Police or Fire Departments.
