§ 72.03 PARKING SIGNS REQUIRED FOR ENFORCEMENT.
   Whenever, by traffic code, any parking time limit is imposed or parking is prohibited on designated streets, it shall be the duty of the Traffic Director to erect appropriate signs giving notice thereof. No regulations shall be effective unless the signs are erected and in place at the time of any alleged offenses, provided, that this section shall not be deemed to apply to those streets on which parking meters have been installed.
