§ 51.051 DISCHARGE OF STORM WATER AND UNPOLLUTED DRAINAGE INTO STORM OR COMBINED SEWERS.
   (A)   Storm water and other unpolluted drainage shall be discharged to those sewers specifically designated as a storm or combined sewer, or to a natural outlet approved by the city or state as required. Industrial non-contact cooling water or unpolluted process waters may be discharged upon approval of the Department into a storm sewer.
   (B)   Any new building connection to a combined sewer shall be made separate and distinct from the sanitary waste connection to provide disconnection of the former if a separate storm sewer subsequently becomes available.
   (C)   New construction tributary to an existing combined sewer shall minimize or delay inflow to that combined sewer. (ref. City Ord. Chapter 55, Storm Drainage Control).
