(A) All costs and expenses incident to the installation and connection of the building sewer shall be borne by the property owner. The owner shall indemnify the city from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the installation of the building sewer.
(B) City shall maintain and repair the public sewer.
(C) User shall maintain and repair the building sewer and the service connection to the main including but not limited to the "T", "Y", or tapping saddle.
