§ 51.015 MANHOLE STRUCTURES AND OTHER APPURTENANCES PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No person shall reconstruct, replace, or repair a manhole structure or other appurtenances without first obtaining a written permit from the Board or the Department. The owner is also responsible for any other permits from state or local agencies.
