§ 51.014 CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS, MANHOLES, AND OTHER APPURTENANCES IN FLOOD HAZARD AREA.
   All new or replacement sewers, manholes, and other appurtenances constructed or reconstructed in a flood hazard area as defined elsewhere in the city code shall be designed and constructed as to minimize or eliminate infiltration of floodwaters into this system and discharges from this system into floodwaters.
