(A) No person shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the sewage works. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to a fine of up to $2,500 in addition to any other consequences under applicable law.
(B) The Department shall issue any such fine in accordance with § 51.999.
