§ 53.02 COLLECTION OF SOLID WASTE.
   (A)   The collection of solid waste shall be made between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the designated collection day.
   (B)   Set-out and removal. Refuse containers shall be placed at the collection site, as specified in §§ 95.01 through 95.99, no earlier than 5:00 p.m. on the day preceding the regular collection day. Refuse containers shall be removed from the collection site on the day of collection.
   (C)   The collection of solid waste shall be performed in accordance with Chapter 95 of this Code.
