Anyone violating any provision of this chapter shall be penalized pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 36 of the City Code, as it now exists or is subsequently amended or superseded.

(B) Any person or entity violating any provision of §§ 75.51
through 75.57
shall be penalized pursuant to the provisions of § 36.04
of the City Codes as it now exists or is subsequently amended or superseded.
