Anything not specifically addressed in this subchapter regarding unsafe buildings shall be governed by the applicable provisions of Chapter 151 and I.C. 36-7-9-1 through I.C. 36-7-9-28, as the same may be amended from time to time which are incorporated herein by reference thereto.
