(A) Any person, firm, corporation or other entity who violates any provision of § 150.030 shall be subject to a civil penalty in the sum of $50 for the first violation occurring in a calendar year, $100 for each subsequent violation occurring in the same calendar year.
(B) (1) Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of §§ 150.045 et seq. shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation.
(2) Each violation shall constitute a separate offense and each day's failure to comply with any such provision shall constitute a separate violation.
(3) In addition to the enforcement remedies set forth in § 150.048, a person upon conviction may be punished by a fine of not less than $25 or more than $2,500.
