§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 73.35 through 73.38 shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99 and subject to revocation of the permit granted herein, if any, for the remainder of term that it was granted.
